War Arrow Shafting
There exists a demand for long heavy war arrows, which heretofore has been largely unmet. These are ideal for use on historically accurate English Warbows, Manchu bows, or really any bow with a high enough draw weight to mandate this sort of GPP. We manufacture these shafts in-house from quality poplar, to 1/2" diameter. Shafts come raw, requiring sanding, fletching, points, nocks final straightening, etc. Once made into complete arrows, you'll be amazed by their durability. See the photos for what a +100 pound bow did with one when shot into a concrete wall. The arrow was solidly stuck in the concrete, but amazingly survived.
Raw shafts are 38 inches. Yields approximately 1100 grain arrows (full length). See our BLOG for our Manchu Arrow Project, for what is needed to convert these into finished arrows.
