Product Development Update: Bow Rack and Enhanced Polymer Material

Bow Rack Development

We're currently developing a wall-mounted bow rack system designed to maximize storage flexibility while minimizing wall damage. The rack will hold two bows, a bow with several arrows, or a collection of arrows using a two-tier hook design. Units are sold in pairs.

Installation uses removable 3M command strips (included), allowing for damage-free mounting and removal—ideal for renters or those who prefer non-permanent solutions. The design incorporates a dovetail cover piece at the base that conceals the command strip's pull tab, maintaining a clean aesthetic.

The base racks will be produced in dark gray. We're considering offering the dovetail tab covers in contrasting colors, including standard mixed primary colors and specialty finishes such as metallic bronze.

Enhanced Polymer Material

Our latest material development focuses on significantly improving the durability of polymer thumb rings. To evaluate different polymer formulations, we designed and built a custom fatigue testing rig. This equipment applies and releases force repeatedly to test samples until failure, simulating real-world wear patterns.

The new rugged polymer demonstrates approximately 2.9 times greater fatigue life compared to our standard material in controlled testing. The enhanced polymer maintains full compatibility with existing customization options, including bronzing and engraving.
